Your Home Inspector "Michael" enjoying Christmas with his favorite lady

My name is Michael Greenwalt and I am your home inspector. I am retired military with two tours in Iraq. I have 10 years experience in the construction industry to include commercial and residential construction. I spent two years as a framing sub-contractor for residential and commercial apartments. (Those of you who have done that know what a pain that is!) I served as a construction site foreman for LF Downey construction in charge of government projects in excess of $4 million throughout Oklahoma. I have 4 years training in the field of drafting & design with emphasis on residential design. My last design project was the Masonic Lodge in McAlester, Oklahoma (the little one, not the temple).  I am a graduate of the Master course at the Professional Inspectors Training Institute in Kansas City; thank you Dan Bowers for all your effort! I am an associate member of the National Association of Home Inspectors NAHI, a member of the Junction City Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Manhattan VFW, and a Mason.  I served as President of the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club, Fort Riley Chapter from 2001-2002, it was an honor to serve. I served in the Old Guard in Washington D.C. and was blessed to work for Presidents Reagan and Bush (41) and performed with the Presidential Salute Battery during the 1989 Presidential Inauguration.  I am now proud to serve as your BEST home inspector for the area surrounding Fort Riley.
